COURSE TITLE: SYSTEM FOR TIME AND ATTENDANCE REPORTING (STAR WEB)

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Lecture and hands-on workshops covering the full range of the time and attendance system capabilities. Introducing T&A coding of transaction codes, T&A reports, T&A procedure documentation, T&A data entry such as how to prepare, print and transmit time and attendance reports to NFC.
Course includes:
- Coding specific transaction codes
- Maintaining employee detail record for each employee at a specific contact point
- Data entry for recording attendance and leave
- Instructions on entering T&A data at anytime during the pay period
- Entering corrected/split T&A’s
- Instructions on performing certain edits to determine if the data is correct
- Printing T&A’s
- Transmitting T&A’s to NFC
- Running reports
TARGET AUDIENCE: T&A clerks familiar with T&A processing
TRAINING LOCATION: NFC, Customer Support Office in Washington, DC, or a user site
