The Project Review Team (PRT) is a cross agency group with goals to develop standard categorization criteria for submitting software Change Requests to National Finance Center (NFC). The PRT will review the priorities and reconcile to the proposed schedule release from NFC. PRT will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate Board member. The PRT is chaired by NFC.
