The EmpowHR Project Review Team (PRT) is a cross agency group with goals to develop standard categorization criteria for submitting software Change Requests to National Finance Center (NFC). The EmpowHR PRT will review the priorities and reconcile to the proposed schedule release from NFC. EmpowHR PRT will escalate unresolved issues to appropriate Board member. The EmpowHR PRT is chaired by NFC.
