NFC Customer Board                                                      

The Customer Board (Board) provides strategic direction, customer insight, and assists in setting the future direction for the Payroll/Personnel Systems and Services (PPSS). The Board ensures stakeholder involvement in program direction, defines relatives priorities of key program initiatives, assesses value of services provided, and addresses unresolved cross-customer issues. The Board is chaired by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
